Years ago I read a statistic that the average American gains 7-10 pounds from Thanksgiving to New Years Day. Thanksgiving day alone, most people consume more than 4,500 calories often including 229 grams of fat.
This is one thing I have no desire at being average, and now that my season on the farm is over, I will have to put much more effort into maintaining my weight. I also have no desire depriving myself of the holiday decadence and comfort deliciousness. This is the happiest time of the year right?
So here we go! Weigh yourself today and this is 0. Next Wednesday when you weigh yourself again, if you gained weight it is +1 or 2 or ... and if you lost weight it will be -1 or 2 or...
