6-7:30 AM ~  Tues & Thurs ~ Yoga Flow

This is an open level class that includes instruction on how to best fit the pose (asana) for your body then be able to connect or flow from one pose to another fluidly with your breath. Options and variations are always given so you can make the class as embellished and /or intense or as simple as you wish. We start with the physical body and practice on the mat. With these experiences, we learn about ourselves so what we experience off the mat may be handled with a little greater ease and less reactivity.

9:30-10:30 AM ~ Tues & Thurs  ~  Synergy

 This is an open level, non-impact class that combines yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, barre, and various forms of stretching utilizing your own body weight. The benefits, just like with many types of activity, include increased muscular strength thus preventing loss of bone density, improved posture & range of motion, enhanced balance, build muscular endurance leading to energized and positive overall well-being. We will at times throw in a little dance, hula hoop and stability ball for added fun!

11- 11:45 AM ~ Mondays ~ Senior Dance Fitness

I recommend you have a dance party everyday! Zumba says "Skip the workout and join the party!" Songs from various decades and genres, you will find at least one song that gets your toes tapping and maybe out of your chair to join us! Easy to follow for all levels.

5:15-6:15 PM~ Tuesdays ~ Yoga Strong

Strong is a 60 or 75 minute powerful vinyasa flow class. Our signature flow class. Each class will be a full body experience, set to music, moving through sequences that will include various arm balances and inversions. The experienced instructor will give you verbal and physical pose adjustments throughout the class. Strong classes include inversions, arm balances and more advanced transitions. Some yoga experience is recommended before joining this class. 

Thursdays 12:15-1:00 PM Hammock High Intensity Interval Training      H(HIIT)

A 45 minute full body fire workout! Hammock High Intensity Interval Training is a workout on steroids. Timed intervals, resistance bands, aerial hammock anti-gravity moves- you will not regret adding this to your fitness regimen.
