Take in the beautiful Rocky River Metroparks as we end the week with SUP (Stand up Paddle) yoga! We will focus on a yin style of yoga to help you relax and unwind. Basically think of your fave deep stretches/poses but on the board while floating! You will have the calm waters below, sky above and trees and cliffs to the side to feel all the elements surrounding you!
No experience is required as this is a perfect class for first time participant. It is open to all who are comfortable in the water. (this doesn't necessarily mean you HAVE to get in the water, but if you want to...!) And for all of you who have been doing yoga and or SUP for awhile and want to take it to the next level just let me know so I can coach you in that direction!
