We created One Drop Cascade with classes like this specifically in mind. Ways to connect you with nature, with water with your natural self. So often our natural Self gets covered or lost with all the titles, roles and repetitive un-serving patterns in our lives. The new moon with its little sliver ignites whatever new beginnings we are ready to start. Or maybe have been wanting to start but for some reason keep hesitating. Combine the new moon with being on, in, near the water not only enhances but will rejuvenate and refresh.

As a kick off to the official start of summer this is a free gathering. If you wish to paddle afterwards, bring your board and equipment including a light or you may rent one from SUPCLE.
