A delightful way to end the day. Yoga on the water in the beautiful Rocky River MetroparKs. We will gather at KayaK 41 N for a brief stand up paddle lesson then launch into the river.

I aM excited to have Krysia Energy Yoga bring the studio on to the water. The yoga practice will be done in the Rocky River on paddle boards and you decide if you want to literally test the waters or not. Hey, falling in water feels better than falling on the floor. But no worries, this yoga practice will have plenty of options to stay on the board.

40 dollars includes board, leash, PFD, paddle and lessons. 20 if you have your own board.

Not so fine print:  No yoga or paddle experience necessary. Only the ability to tread water and hold your breath under water if you do fall in. Under age 14 has to be accompanied by an adult.
