Welcome to Yoga in the Country hosted by the lovely Dawna Deakens. Take the gravel road and arrive with a beautiful view of the Iowa farm land. This yoga class is for all levels and the focus each week will vary pending on YOU!

Yep! Its ALL ABOUT YOU! One week’s theme may be more on stretching and relaxing and another week may include some strength challenges while each session will finish with a feels so good relaxation. You never know what conversations will be sparked. Feel free to bring a journal for any ah ha thoughts and revelations.
