How can I help you? I am here to lift, inspire, serve, teach, guide, motivate you to live your inspired life! When you realize it's time to take care of yourself, you can then better take care of others. We all get lifted. I offer group and private lessons at various studios, outside (my favorite!) or conveniently at your home and available for public speaking.
Fitness: Zumba, Dance Aerobics, Weight/Muscle Conditioning, Kettlebell, Step, Slide, Spinning/Indoor Cycling, Bosu/Stability Ball, Fitness Kickboxing, Ski and Sport Conditioning, Insanity, High Intensity, Interval Training (HIIT) and Stand up Paddleboard.
Yoga: Prana Flow, Ashtanga, Sivananda, Satyananda, Hatha Basics, Vinyasa, Power, Yoga Muscle, Barre, Pilates, Dance, Synergy (fusion of everything), Stand-up Paddle (SUP) Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Relaxation and Stress Reduction Techniques.
Massage Therapy: Swedish/Relaxation, Sport/Deep Tissue, Ayurvedic, PNF/ AI (Stretch & Release techniques), Shiatsu/Acupressure and Therapeutic Yoga. A treatment is a personalized holistic session for the mind, body and soul. Massage sessions are received at 121 Fitness Center. Members and Non-members are welcome.
Wellness Coaching/Public Speaking/Team Building: I help to asses your strengths and needs in regards to wellness personally and professionally. I help bring wellness awareness to enhance productivity in the workplace with educational lunch and learns, onsite yoga, zumba, fitness instruction, team building and consulting. Off site includes sessions with goats and farm animals, chocolate, stand up paddle boarding as well as covering topics like expectations, accountability and challenging conversations.
