This is the new Anger Management class! We all have so much going on in our own world let alone get caught up in “the” world and all the craziness it has going on! If we don’t let it out it just builds up more and more until we actually explode!
Bring your biggest challenges, your deepest frustrations for a total release experience. Pissed off at the government? At your family? Pissed off at work? At home? How often is life pissing you off?
It's time to let it out! Don't let anger fester inside. This stress has got to go!
This session will include a yoga and meditation practice with intervals of physical bash and smash as we let it all go. It is open to all levels whether you have practiced yoga before or not.
We will wrap it all up with some practical tools to navigate the tough situations that life dishes out.
Wear comfy clothes. Bring a journal if you wish.
